Due to the Canada Post strike, we will temporarily be using other methods of shipping within Canada. Delivery times may vary and you will be provided with a tracking number. Shipping to the United States has been suspended at this time.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Lady Slipper ships orders in Canada and to the US through Canada Post. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped and you will be provided with a Canada Post tracking number.
We offer free standard shipping in Canada via Canada Post on orders over $100.00. Orders $99.99 or less will be charged a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping via Canada Post.
Orders shipped to the US will be charged a flat rate of $25. US orders will not be charged taxes, but may be subject to import duties and fees. Lady Slipper is not responsible for any tax, duty or freight charges billed to the destination country.
IN STORE PICK-UP
If you would like to pick up your order at our 65 Queen Street location, you will be notified when your item is ready for pick up during regular store hours. Please bring your order confirmation and ID.
