STORE RETURN POLICY
We strive to make your shopping experience hassle free and want you to be happy with your purchases from Lady Slipper. If for whatever reason you are not pleased with your choice, we will offer a refund within 7 days of the purchase date and an exchange or store credit within 14 days. A receipt is required for all refunds, exchanges or store credits. Merchandise must be in original condition, not altered and tags still attached. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
For sanitary reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear and pierced earrings are not refundable. Special occasion dresses are also not refundable. Clearance and sale merchandise is considered to be FINAL SALE

As with our store return policy, merchandise in original condition and tags still attached, may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Sale items and intimates are FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet the guidelines.
